Job Summary

Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience as licensed 1A truck driving Good driving record and willing to submit to a criminal check Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
