Truck Driver

who can also

train and mentor new drivers

as needed.

Position Overview

This dual role involves safe, efficient truck operation and occasional driver training responsibilities. You'll play a key part in ensuring our new drivers are well-prepared, confident, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

Operate trucks safely and efficiently on assigned routes. Provide hands-on training for new drivers, including company procedures, safety protocols, and best practices. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation. Ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations. Support onboarding processes for new hires when required.

Qualifications

Valid

Class 1 Driver's Licence

with a clean driving abstract. Minimum 3 years of professional truck driving experience.

Dump truck experience preferred.

Previous experience training or mentoring drivers is an asset. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
