Job Description
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Tasks
---------Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions Load and unload goods Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Perform brake adjustments Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
Support for newcomers and refugees
--------------------------------------Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
