Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Truck Driver to safely transport goods while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Class 1 experience or 1 year of flatbed/open deck experience. Candidates must have a valid work permit, PR, or citizenship

(we cannot provide LMIA)

. We can offer support for candidates under the AIP program after one year of work as we are an AIP-designated company.

Key Duties:

Safely operate commercial trucks to pickup and deliver freight. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Load/unload cargo using forklifts/heavy equipment when needed. Keep accurate delivery and vehicle logs. Communicate with dispatchers, clients, and team members. Perform basic vehicle maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Adhere to traffic laws and drive safely in various conditions.

Experience & Qualifications:

2 years of Class 1 driving experience or 1 year of flatbed/open deck experience. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Basic English communication skills required. Clean driving record. Familiarity with freight handling and safety procedures. Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to secure loads with straps and/or chains. Must know how to tarp loads properly. Familiarity with freight handling and safety procedures.

Work Location: On the road
