Class 1 Flatbed Drivers

for cross-border routes between the

U.S. and Canada.(Based in Calgary)

Experience

:

Class 1 driver: 2 Years Preferred with Manual Transmission

1 year US driving Preferred

Duties

:
- Safely operate company trucks to transport goods and materials
- Provide excellent communication and customer service.
- Plan routes and ensure on-time deliveries
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on trucks
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

Skills

:
- Clean driver's abstract and records.

- Ability to work in all weather conditions.

- Physically fit to secure freight, install tire chains, and throw straps.

-Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of minor repairs and maintenance

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
