We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of freight. Duties

Manage and coordinate the daily dispatching of shipments to ensure timely deliveries. Utilize transportation management systems and softwares. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of shipments and deliveries. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and suppliers to provide updates on shipment status. Analyze shipping data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in dispatching or a related role within the transportation or logistics industry. Familiarity with transportation management systems. Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively. Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of freight operations is preferred but not mandatory.
