About the Role

We're looking for a Team Lead, Trim & Harvest (Day Shift) to oversee day-to-day operations in our trim and harvest process. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who's passionate about producing high-quality cannabis and supporting a strong, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in daily harvest and trim operations. Support, train, and motivate team members to meet productivity, quality, and compliance goals. Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene, gowning, and PPE standards. Maintain accurate batch records and documentation. Monitor workflow and delegate tasks to maintain efficiency. Inspect product quality and escalate any deviations when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace. Collaborate with the Quality and Inventory teams to ensure traceability and compliance. Promote a positive, team-focused culture on the production floor.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous leadership experience (formal or informal) with the ability to coach and develop others. Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of cannabis trimming and harvesting best practices is an asset. Consistent adherence to SOPs and ability to identify process improvements. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for cannabis and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Comfortable working around cannabis plant material. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. Regular exposure to cannabis (not suitable for individuals with related allergies or sensitivities).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
