is one of BC's leading providers of innovative and patient-focused orthodontic care. We are a fast-growing, dynamic practice known for clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences.

We are currently looking for an exceptional

Treatment Coordinator

to join our vibrant team at our Scottsdale and Langley locations. This high-impact role plays a critical part in shaping the patient experience, driving case acceptance, and supporting the overall success of the clinic through strategic communication and care coordination.

Why This Role Matters



As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the

first and primary point of contact

for patients considering treatment. Your ability to educate, connect, and guide patients through the decision-making process is

critical to the financial performance and growth of the clinic

. You'll work closely with our doctors, leadership team, and admin staff to ensure each patient has a seamless, supportive experience.

Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with patients from all walks of life Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset Confident in presenting treatment options and securing patient commitment You take ownership of your responsibilities and raise the bar for others Skilled at managing schedules, patient records, and follow-ups with precision You ensure accuracy and clarity in your work at all times You thrive in a collaborative environment Ability to remain calm, strategic, and empathetic under pressure You embrace change and innovation in a fast-paced clinic

What You Bring



Proven success in a

sales or customer service setting

Prior experience in

orthodontics, dentistry, or medical front office

is a strong asset Solid computer skills; comfortable learning new software quickly Background in

customer service and/or administrative leadership

Reliable transportation - we have openings in our Scottsdale and Langley locations, but occasional travel across all 3 locations may be required

This is a full-time, in-office position from Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. The role is primarily based at one of our three clinic locations (Scottsdale, Guildford, or Langley), but occasional travel between clinics may be required for coverage.
