We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our fantastic team. We are a privately owned clinic with good vibes and lots of growth.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Review patient records and ensure all necessary documentation is complete. Coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with dental professionals, explaining procedures and answering patient questions. Maintain accurate electronic medical records for all patients. Schedule appointments effectively to optimize office workflow. Follow up with patients regarding treatment acceptance and insurance verification. Assist in managing office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering. Stay updated on dental terminology and office protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Proficiency in Tracker preferred Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and team members. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
