About You:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our patients and ensuring they receive the best possible care. Your Role Includes:

Collaborating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care Coordinating and explaining treatment plans to patients in a compassionate, clear manner Building trust and strong relationships with our patients Managing patient appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules Answering patient questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience every time Present treatment plans and work out financial agreements Complete all predeterminations for major work and follow up with patients Schedule and maintain a steady schedule for the providers in the clinic Achieve monthly / annual production targets Participate in morning huddles with the team Experience with AbelDent is an asset
