recherche une coordinatrice de plan de traitement supplementaire a sa lumineuse equipe pour occuper un poste temps plein (4 jours)

Tu es un (e) assistant(e) dentaire ou Secretaire Dentaire et tu cherches un nouveau defi stimulant tout en contribuant a ameliorer l'experience patient ? Qualifications


Une experience prealable en cabinet dentaire est requis.
Une connaissance des systemes de dossiers medicaux electroniques et de la terminologie dentaire est essentielle.
Un excellent sens de l'organisation et la capacite a gerer efficacement plusieurs taches.
Une excellente communication bilingue, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, vous permettront d'interagir efficacement avec les patients et les membres de l'equipe. Responsabilites


Coordonner les plans de traitement des patients et s'assurer que toute la documentation necessaire est correctement completee.
Etre le point de contact principal des patients, repondre a leurs questions et les informer sur les options de traitement.
Tenir a jour et gerer les dossiers medicaux electroniques (DME) tout en respectant la reglementation sur la confidentialite.
Collaborer avec le personnel dentaire et medical pour une prise en charge efficace des patients.
Utiliser un logiciel de planification, de facturation et de gestion des dossiers.
Participer aux processus budgetaires lies aux plans de traitement et aux besoins du service.

Responsibilities



Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options. Maintain and manage electronic medical records (EMR) while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with dental and medical staff to facilitate effective patient care. Utilize software for scheduling, billing, and record management. Assist in budgeting processes related to treatment plans and departmental needs.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a dental office setting is required; Knowledge of electronic medical records systems and medical terminology is essential. Experience in supervising staff or leading teams is a plus. Background in nursing or acute care settings will be beneficial for understanding patient needs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
