If so, we want to talk to you! You will also work directly to support an international scheme (International Experience Canada) as we are a Recognized Organization (RO) with the Government of Canada. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Drive growth through revenue generating activities with qualifying leads (via video calls, email and social media) to educate them about our work and travel experiences and inspire them to sign up.
  • Work directly with participants to prepare Canadian work permit applications (International Experience Canada) from beginning to end.
  • Ensuring all applications and other documents are assessed and processed within established deadlines.
  • Informing and problem-solving with applicants on any and all program questions.
  • Managing and Coordinating participants arriving in Canada to start their adventure: arranging arrivals, pre-departure orientations, managing hostel reservations, shuttles, organizing staff housing accommodation, collecting payments, etc.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by proactively engaging with participants to ensure their needs are understood and met during their stay in Canada.
  • Identify service gaps, using your unique connection to our participant base to be their voice in initiatives for our company.
  • Participate in creating content and videos for sales and marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales or Project Management
  • Passionate about travelling and able to encourage that spark in others.
  • Great communication and customer service skills are a MUST
  • Empathetic and understanding. You always take the time to think about things from participant\'s perspective and what the outcome of your actions might be.
  • Effective at multi-tasking with good attention to detail; take pride in being organized and can juggle competing priorities.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also produce quality work independently.
  • Able to trouble shoot using critical-thinking skills in a complex and deadline-oriented environment.
