We're now growing in Canada and seeking passionate, culturally fluent Travel Product Specialist to help create travel experiences for the global Chinese community.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the operational heartbeat of our Product Team, helping ideas turn into real journeys:

1. Plan and develop series-based travel itineraries and products, including conducting market research.

2. Liaise, negotiate, and sign contracts with overseas suppliers, including hotel, transportation, and dining service bookings and operations.

3. Collect, research, and package travel product components.

4. Manage product cost control to ensure profitability and quality standards.

5. Assist the sales team with order fulfillment and customer support.

What You Bring

Experience in travel operations, reception, or administration Proficiency in Excel, Word, and data management A detail-loving, responsible, calm-under-pressure personality A team player who learns quickly and adapts well

Bonus Points

Knowledge of Canada/US destinations Tourism or hospitality background Familiarity with booking or travel backend systems Speak second Language
