Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - Operating Room to join our dynamic team in providing top-notch surgical care at our facility located in the US. This role is crucial in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures, aligning with our commitment to high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures. Assist surgeons during operations by providing necessary instruments and support. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition throughout the surgical process. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery. Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records. Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of practice.
Proven experience in an operating room setting. Strong critical care experience preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Epic). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical procedures is essential.
