Care At Home Services, a leader in quality home care is expanding our amazing team, seeking passionate and hardworking Licensed Practical Nurses. We are looking for Travel staff to support a long-term care facility in Penticton, BC.
Great Attitude and open availability
Graduated from a recognized Canadian Practical Nursing program
Must have a valid BCCNM nursing license with no restrictions
First Aid and CPR
Responsibilities and Duties:
Working within Scope of Practice of a Licensed Practical Nurse Ensuring the safety of our clients in the facility and providing care as outlined within resident care plans Documenting client progress Ensuring the safety of our clients in the facility Escalating care issues to the Site Manager
Position Details:
Immediate Start: June 1st for 3-6 month contract Pay Rate: $49.00 per hour plus $30.00 per day for meals on days worked only (Option for $51.00 per hour with no meal allowance) Rotation: Mix of evenings (1500-2300) and nights (2300-0700) - hours dependent on operational needs - full-time available Travel to the site and home from the site at the end of the contract will be covered by Care At Home Services Accommodations available - shared accommodations (private room will be provided)
