4 on, 2 off (0700-1500/ 1500-2300)

Compensation:

$45.00 per hour + additional $150 per week

Travel:

Fuel costs fully reimbursed by Staff On Call

Accommodation:

Shared accommodation with another travel nurse; You will have a private bedroom and bathroom

Start Date:

By July 8th 2025

End Date:

A 3 month minimum commitment is required

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations while providing exceptional care to patients.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team. Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care. Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration) Current CPR / First Aide Certification. Two (2) years previous experience in long-term care or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
