Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls from prospects and clients. Assist and advise clients in analyzing their travel insurance needs. Provide precise and useful information to clients. Offer and sell products tailored to their needs to contribute to the company's sales growth. Ensure the quality of the customer experience. Act as an expert advisor to your clients. Convert potential clients into loyal customers and enthusiastic supporters.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service. Experience working in a call center environment. Possess a valid Insurance license in accident and sickness insurance or life insurance. (LLQP) English, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Profile

Mastery of sales techniques. Natural ease on the phone. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in keyboarding and comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to grasp technical concepts. Punctuality and attendance. Motivation, initiative, and excellent time management skills.

Working at soNomad

Fully remote work environment. Office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. 37.5 hours per week. Competitive salary and uncapped commissions. A positive and collaborative team culture. Group insurance. Generous PTO+ personal days
