Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a a Transportation Systems Specialist on a permanent basis at our Home Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:

You will be the centrally designated support for end users to report problems experienced within the Transportation Management System (TMS). You will be the TMS subject matter expert, and the liaison who will elevate critical items to the Manager, Transportation Systems and other commodity teams.

• You will support regional operations with TMS and the future Order Management System (OMS) troubleshooting.
• You will support the transportation systems by:

• Coordinating training related to ongoing system upgrades.
• Documenting and standardizing procedures relative to current and future transportation systems processes.
• Supporting the design and testing of future upgrades and new programs.
• You will maintain the freight rate system, performing bi-annual analysis of rates to ensure our service offering is competitive and aligned with operational expenses.
• You will create reports to identify and monitor operational efficiencies related to key performance indicators.
• You will supervise and support the unionized inbound and import team, including performance management.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

• You have a bachelor's degree.
• You have a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant logistics experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems and/or other Logistics operating systems, and a CCLP diploma are considered assets.
• You're honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
