Position Overview

As Transportation Scheduler, you will be the heartbeat of our guest transportation experience. You will manage and adjust schedules in real-time, ensuring our long-haul drivers are informed, prepared, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Preferred qualifications and skills:

Experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Comfort with radio and phone communication


Requirements of the role you should be aware of:

Based on the nature of our business and the service we provide to our guests; to work with us, you must consent to a criminal background check as a condition of employment and an additional criminal background check every two years. As a seasonal resort business, you can anticipate a schedule that will involve day, evening, night, and weekend work. Ability to spend long hours moving around, walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling and/or lifting. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force or occasionally lift, carry, push, or otherwise move objects.
