Transportation and Logistics Manager

, where you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the Transportation and Logistics department. We're seeking a meticulous and organized leader with a knack for optimizing processes and ensuring the seamless and cost-effective transportation of goods and materials. Your strong leadership skills will be essential as you collaborate with stakeholders across the warehouse, branch, purchasing, sales, carrier partners, and distribution management to guarantee timely deliveries to both internal and external clients.


The Manager will be a key driver of team engagement, leadership, and continuous improvement. Lead by example by upholding EBH Company Core Values and ethical standards in all interactions.

Leadership Presence.

Risk Management, identifies and mitigates risks related to transportation and logistics, such as delays, damages, or disruptions.

Ideal candidate profile




5+ years in Logistics, supply chain management, or business administration. Post-secondary education or related experience. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Proficiency in using transportation management systems and logistics software. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize transportation routes and processes. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and operational needs. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficient in Excel as well as Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams. Reliable transportation is required.
