Senior Logistics Manager - Drive Operational Excellence Across a Dynamic Fleet

As Senior Logistics Manager, you'll oversee logistics across 2 sites in Toronto-managing a fleet of more than 70 trucks and leading a team of 100+ drivers and driver helpers. You'll play a key role in helping streamline processes to amalgamate those 2 warehouses into one brand-new building set to open its doors in 2027!
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking, customer-driven leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence.

What You'll Do
Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a large logistics team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and customer care.
Deliver with Excellence: Oversee all aspects of last-mile delivery and pickup, ensuring flawless execution for every client event.
Optimize Operations: Streamline routing, scheduling, and inter-warehouse transfers to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Champion Safety & Compliance: Manage fleet compliance (CVOR, DOT, TDG) and implement proactive safety and driver training programs.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to identify service gaps, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to align logistics with business goals.
Shape the Future: Lead strategic initiatives that modernize the logistics function through technology, scalability, and innovation.
What You Bring
Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in logistics or transportation management, including 3+ years in a senior or multi-site leadership role
Strong knowledge of fleet safety, compliance, and transportation regulations (CVOR, TDG, DOT)
Expertise with logistics software, route optimization, and fleet management systems
A collaborative leadership style with a track record of building high-performance teams * Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel between 2 warehouse sites
