We are currently searching for a

Transportation Engineer

in our

Calgary

office.


The successful candidate will join a dynamic team active on transportation projects with a focus on highways, roads, and transportation-related infrastructure. This position will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing project technical leadership role with a team in the preparation of designs, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents, as well as participating

in scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and inspection as required.

Advancing projects through the concept, design, and construction phases; Regular communications with clients to confirm expectations throughout all project phases. Delivering projects within identified schedules. Mentoring and coaching a team of engineers and technologists. Engaging in a collaborative work environment with your team as well as other disciplines and offices.





Job Requirements:



What you will bring:

Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution, with key transportation electives or transportation project experience. 15+ years of progressive transportation experience. Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer with APEGA. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Committed team player and the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license. * Ability to travel within Alberta.
