• Coordinating the bookings and tracking of loaner vehicles to ensure its accessibility

• Maintaining well-organized records of Loaner Vehicle Inventory, as we presently have a fleet of 60

• Arranging all necessary repairs for loaner vehicles

• Ensuring customers return vehicles in an optimal state and report any damages promptly

• Intelligently responding to customers\' queries in a courteous and professional manner

• Verifying the return date and time mentioned on the loaner agreement and reviewing all charges while accepting the vehicle upon return

• Building and sustaining an excellent customer service relationship with our clients

• Organizing Valet pick-ups and returns of customer vehicles

• Booking Uber transportation to and from the dealership

• Collecting customer-related charges for the loaner fleet, i.e., fuel, tickets, damages, etc.

• Undertaking any other assignment assigned by the management
