  • Review load information and identify ability to complete by reviewing fleet and carrier availability
  • Communicate with appropriate parties, ensuring accurate information is shared according to established protocols and systems
  • Track and trace driver location and goods in transit, communicating to relevant parties
  • Maintain high personal involvement and accessibility to all parties, ensuring issues are resolved, changes are updated and communicated, and providing insights and analysis
  • Ensure all systems, both internal and external, are updated as per established timelines
  • Complete reporting as required

Qualifications:
  • Educational background in Supply Chain Management an asset
  • Prior experience in transportation beneficial
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to ensure accuracy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, and strong ability to learn new systems
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
