Job Description

Mister Transmission is actively seeking a Transmission Rebuilder with a strong ability to correctly diagnose and rebuild transmissions.
This busy shop consists of a small team of dedicated, hardworking individuals who love what they do! This is a great opportunity to be a part of a successful and growing franchise.
We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and organized individual with clean work habits and a minimum of 3 years experience who works well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
o Inspection of customer vehicles
o Diagnose, rebuild, and repair automotive transmissions to specifications
o Knowledge of electrical and computer systems is a plus
o Review parts lists for rebuilds with the Centre Manager
o Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components for automatic and manual transmissions
o Carefully follows all safety procedures for shop tools and equipment
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Previous experience with transmissions and the ability to drive vehicles with a manual transmission is mandatory.
Pay ranges based on Rebuilding experience.
Candidates with their own tools are preferred.
Continuous technical support and training will be provided to the successful candidate.
