What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for loading product on Commercial trucks. You will offload product from rail cars into site storage facilities. The transloader may operate a front-end loader, and will interacts with truck drivers as needed. Other duties will include:

• Inspect trucks for condition prior to loading.
• Responsible for the inspection of railcars, will make impromptu repairs to railcars. Moves empty and loaded railcars.
• Responsible for the inspection and care of loading equipment. Fuels and maintains front-end loader.
• Weekly and monthly rotation, equipment checks, preventative maintenance checks.
• Sweep and/or shovel spilled product. Will take steps to minimize product spillage.
• Operates prill handling and transfer equipment, forklift, and front end loader.
• Obtain samples for C of A and C of Cs.
• Checks and maintains lubrication bucket elevator, screw conveyor and other operating equipment.
• Notify Site Manager to request repairs/improvements.
• Makes entries to Operator Logbooks and communicates operating conditions to his/her relief.
• Cooperates and works with other plant Transloaders, Manager and Office Personnel. Will train when needed.

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Forklift experience or training preferred
• Prior transloading experience is an asset
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player

• Base hourly wage starting from CA$66,000.00 per year for fully qualified selected candidates.
