Overview:

What you'll do:

Assisting with court transcription orders. Delivery of transcripts which includes printing the transcripts, binding and hand delivering the transcripts to the courthouse. Inputting important information into a spreadsheet regarding the production of each audio recording received, transcriptionist information, and delivery of same. Downloading and checking new jobs coming in (correct audio and time estimates). Reviewing transcripts. Receive Parole Board requests. Receive and download audio/paperwork. Review paperwork and audio. Enter requests into tracking sheet. Assign work to transcriptionists and upload. Received completed transcripts and review for completion. Create PDF document of transcript. Email transcripts weekly to Saskatchewan Penitentiary. Advise invoicing of page counts.

Who you are:

1+ years of related experience. Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Ability to communicate with all members of the public, government personnel, transcriptionists, and clients. Knowledge of numerous programs including, Access, Word, PDF, Excel is an asset Be courteous and helpful to all office staff, and any outside parties, including clients. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous customer service is an asset.

The compensation range noted above represents the expected base pay compensation range for this role. Ultimately, a number of factors including, but not limited to, your prior job-related knowledge and experience, geographic location, and qualifications will be considered when determining your pay and we may pay more or less than the posted range.
