We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Training manager to drive training efforts as part of our ERP transformation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing training programs, with solid expertise in ERP projects. This role will involve managing the project's training program, ensuring all stakeholders have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the new ERP system.

Salary range 006: $95,900 to $119,900 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)
What this role involves:
Deploy the training strategy for the ERP transformation project
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to support ERP implementation
Assess training needs and develop tailored plans for different user groups
Collaborate with project managers, business experts, and IT teams to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
Implement the Super Users strategy
Manage training schedules and coordinate sessions with stakeholders
Provide ongoing support during hypercare and stabilization phases
Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments and feedback
What you need to join our team:
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or business administration
Experience in operational or manufacturing environments
Experience implementing technology projects, particularly ERP deployments
Excellent ability to build and lead teams
Strong influencing and collaboration skills
Must be bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (Company operates across Canada)
Ability to travel occasionally to different company sites
