Position: Training Manager - Manufacturing
Location: Pointe-Claire

Our partner, a well-established company in the pharmaceutical industry, is hiring a Training Manager to join their team.Our partner has a lot to offer:- Competitive salary of up to $120K based on experience

- Hybrid work modeYour challenge:- Be responsible for training and skills development
- Develop competency development plans/LMS
- Establish master training plan
- Produce progress reports
- Transform existing processes while ensuring compliance with GMP
- Manage the training administratorsRequirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in management, education, science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience, 2 of which in pharmaceutical
- Comfortable in both English and French
