Job Summary

The Training Curriculum Specialist is an integral part of the project team supporting one of IC Axon\xe2\x80\x99s largest clients. Our Client Service Management team has extensive responsibility in working with client product trainers across various brands to ensure their training resources (curriculum) are up to date and approved for use at all times, and especially during new hire training classes. The Training Curriculum Specialist assists the Client Service Management team in the ongoing monitoring and coordination of the training curriculum resources, by using client systems and excel reports and using an extensive level of attention to detail. The Training Curriculum Specialist also supports the client team\xe2\x80\x99s New Hire Training execution, by working closely with client product trainer(s) in preparing materials for new hire training classes (agendas, training session scheduling, etc.) in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client Medical/Regulatory system to check status of training resources (approved, in review, in progress), run reports from the system on a bi-weekly basis, and research any queries or issues within the system
  • Generate and Maintain Monthly Curriculum Reports (list of training resources by product/brand, and sorted by the resources that need immediate attention as a priority focus)
  • Generate and Maintain Weekly Status Reports (for sharing with client product trainer(s) and summarizing the key actions, decisions, risks, and timelines)
  • Conduct / attend weekly status meetings with Client
  • Schedule training sessions with client team members (to include product trainer, training session facilitators, and content subject matter experts, as appropriate)
  • Record attendance of new hires participation in virtual training sessions to meet client\xe2\x80\x99s compliance requirements
  • Monitor status / upload resources in client\xe2\x80\x99s Learning Management System (LMS) \xe2\x80\x93 at least once per month, or more frequently, to assist client Training Operations team in preparation for new hire training classes
  • Coordinate and deliver training assessments to client LMS team for accurate and timely updates to the LMS platform
  • Maintain detailed project tracker, and update following client calls
  • Create and maintain product training agendas, in collaboration with product trainer(s)
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls, as required by internal business lead
  • Coordinate/communicate with internal departments, other agency partners as needed/requested
  • Create SOPs and User Guides as required
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant knowledge in a client delivery/service company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Aptitude towards usage of automated systems (learning management, etc)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Commercial operations
  • Prior experience working in administration/operations position in the life sciences industry.
