You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Training Coordinator in Pickering, Ontario (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Training Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:
Supporting training team by scheduling dates for all training activities
Setting up facilities and materials required for training
Coordinating and notifying participants/instructors of travel arrangements
Providing computer support for training activities
Performing data entry of all training and qualifications
Providing training reports to supervisors and tracking all qualifications in the customer system to ensure compliance
Assisting with training audits
Assisting with other general clerical duties as directed
Playing an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and complying with all applicable safety and health rules
