Crown Lift Trucks Canada operates eight full-service branches in both Ontario and Quebec offering complete service solutions including maintenance programs, parts supply, and training.

POSITION SUMMARY




Reporting to the Regional Service Training Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating training records, training correspondence, and participant scheduling for regional training sites. Maintain training databases, files, and materials. This position provides support to both Demonstrated Performance (DP) Training and Operator (OP) Training divisions for both Mississauga and Montreal training sites.

POSITION DESCRIPTION



Prepare and send pre-training confirmations, reminders, and instructions. Organize training materials, name tags, table tents, and course maps. Maintain skill check spreadsheets and update SharePoint weekly. Generate and distribute daily/weekly training reports. Process OP registration forms and attendance sheets. Prepare and distribute OP training certifications and operator cards. Maintain and update training files and databases. Manage DP Training Class Scheduler and communicate schedules to trainers and management. Coordinate OP training schedules with customers and sales teams. Ensure accurate registration paperwork and database updates for internal and external participants. Set up classrooms and training rooms before and after sessions. Manage inventory of training tools, materials, and refreshments for both sites. Prepare and distribute training invoices. Follow up on outstanding payments and authorizations. Provide administrative support to instructors and the Service Training Manager. Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries. Other duties as assigned.

KNOW HOW & EXPERIENCE



High school diploma required. Post-secondary schooling is desirable for this position. Strong customer relations, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
