Summary
The person in this role provides training to franchisees and their employees according to assigned mandates or during a restaurant opening/transfer/renovation within a dedicated region. Training covers management, kitchen operations, customer service, and fruit preparation. Depending on their acquired expertise and assignments, this person also supports franchisees in improving the profitability of their restaurants while ensuring compliance with the company's standards in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Human Resources (training). All of this is done in a naturally supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Identify, plan, and deliver training needs for restaurant staff, management, and cost control to franchisees or managers, according to acquired expertise and operational programs (delivery, pay-at-the-table, etc.);
Produce a training report after each session and ensure proper follow-up;
Advise franchisees on government standards, hygiene and sanitation, health and safety, and Cora procedures;
Contribute to the development of personalized action plans, KPIs, and workshop planning with franchisees according to needs and expertise;
Actively participate in, or lead, the opening, transfer, renovation, or renewal of restaurants;
Conduct restaurant evaluations as part of a sale, depending on acquired expertise;
Contribute to the improvement, development, and updating of training plans, training manuals, and work tools for the network;
Participate in regional conference calls for launches;
May be involved in the annual calibration process for coaches and managers;
Support the R&D department in equipment testing;
Participate in the creation of training videos and clips;
Collaborate with the Marketing team on various projects;

Requirements
High school diploma or vocational diploma in food service (minimum);
Finance and management diploma is an asset;
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, or experience in various restaurant roles, ideally in management and/or kitchen management;
Availability to work 1 weekend out of 4;
Availability for restaurant openings across the country, for approximately 21 consecutive days;
Availability for a 10-day initial training session (expenses covered as per policy) in New Brunswick.
Skills and Competencies
English, comfortable delivering training on a regular basis;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Planner, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
