The Role:

We're searching for a flexible Training Consultant to join our People & Culture team, reporting directly to our VP of People. This role can be structured as either a part-time position or a consulting arrangement, with approximately three days a week of work on an as-needed basis. We're open to discussing the working arrangement that suits both you and us best.



You'll be instrumental in developing and rolling out a variety of programs across both Roy Foss and Foss National Leasing. These include our LAND program, leadership development, high-potential initiatives, new hire orientations, and the creation of engaging playbooks.

What You'll Need:

Experience in end-to-end program design and delivery, with a focus on soft skills and leadership development.

Strong design skills, including the ability to create content in Canva.

The flexibility to either work as a consultant or as a part-time team member--we're open to the arrangement that works best for both sides.

Experience in or a passion for the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.

Relevant training and development certifications are a bonus.
