Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Contract Spa Trainer

to join our team on a contract or freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be

bilingual in English and Canadian French

and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality

spa treatment and product knowledge training

. Execute and teach programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of spa employees. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others. The Trainer will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within spa.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person and/or virtual training sessions on spa treatments and protocols. Educate spa teams on product knowledge, with a strong emphasis on

Kerstin Florian and Aromatherapy Associates

products. Ensure spa staff are equipped with techniques and knowledge to provide exceptional guest experiences. Adapt training styles to suit different learning needs across multiple spa locations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa industry trends and training best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years' experience

as a spa trainer or senior spa therapist.

Fluent in Canadian French and English.

Strong familiarity with

Kerstin Florian

products and protocols (certification or prior experience preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to use basic computer programs and adapt slide shows according to account needs. Ability to travel within Canada (if required). Must be eligible to work in Canada as an independent contractor.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in luxury spa environments. Certification in adult education or similar training credentials. Flexible schedule and availability for occasional weekend or evening training sessions.

Contract Details:

Independent contractor position. Competitive compensation based on experience and scope of engagement. Travel expenses reimbursed if applicable.
