As the Trainer & Auditor reporting to the SVP of Client Solutions, Personal Insurance Operations you will be responsible to create a new recruitment and onboarding program for Gallagher\'s Personal Lines Eastern Division. Included in this program will be regular standardize training and auditing for all personal lines staff.
Responsibilities

  • Design / develop & implement training programs specific to Personal Insurance
  • Conduct training for all Personal Insurance staff in Ontario & Atlantic (New and Existing Staff)
  • Create online training modules and resource library for Gallagher PI Staff
  • Work with outside agencies to ensure training & onboarding strategies remain current with industry programs & expectations
  • Attend recruitment fairs to attract new talent
  • Conduct PI audits and desk checks ensuring Gallagher\'s compliance and personal insurance workflows are being adhered too
  • Travel to various offices to provide training / auditing
  • Provide remote training when in person is not possible




Education & Experience
  • RIBO License is an asset
  • University Degree or College Diploma, CAIB and/or CIP designation an asset
  • 5 years personal insurance experience
  • Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator or coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Knowledge of EPIC and Rating engines i.e- ARS an asset
  • Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Strong emphasis on a positive team dynamic
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines


Office & Remote Work Arrangements This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment which can be based out of Gallagher\'s Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Stoney Creek or London offices.
