Reporting to the Traffic manager, the Traffic coordinator is responsible, in collaboration with the other traffic coordinators, for the programming of various products (contracts, instructions, advertising material and network promo spots) in the daily broadcast registers for all French specialty networks (Canal D, Canal Vie, Investigation, Vrak TV, Z T\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9, Super \xc3\xa9cran, Cin\xc3\xa9pop) using specialized software.

Responsabilities:

  • Verify, monitor and make daily adjustments necessary to complete the broadcast registers according to daily traffic deadlines
  • Ensure compliance of broadcast registers according to various parameters and policies
  • Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other related tasks
Essential competencies:
  • Has good organization skills
  • Be very thorough and have an eye for detail
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Show tolerance to stress and be able to deal with short deadlines
  • Have good judgment and demonstrate professionalism
  • Able to provide good customer service
Qualification and Experience:
  • Studies in administration or other related field
  • Experience in traffic (an asset)
  • Knowledge of IBMS software (an asset)
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingualism French/English (an asset)
