Rosedale Transport in Mississauga, On requires a Traffic Analyst.

Monday to Friday: 10:00AM - 6:00PM



Respond to emails, voice mails from internal and external customers that are directed to you in a timely manner. All forms of communications must be accurate, complete and professional. Answer customer questions for assigned territories timely. Respond to one time rate quote requests as needed via telephone or email. Answer as they come in. Ensure you are logged into the Queue line every morning. One time rate quote requests should be answered within 30 minutes. Work in collaboration on the Interline Payable daily list from the terminals and approval of the A/P rejected invoices. Assist with coverage when another Traffic Analyst is away to complete daily reports and answer customer inquiries. Any other duty as assigned by the Traffic Manager Assist with projects as assigned by the Traffic Manager
Qualifications

Good interpersonal skills Knowledgeable in math and geography Computer skills - both mainframe and PC Ability to handle multiple tasks and stressful situations in a professional manner Knowledge of operations ( service areas via direct/indirect, equipment, flow of traffic)

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
