Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented

Trade Show Specialist

to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our trade show presence across key home and gift market week. The role requires the candidate to maintain strong brand visibility, meaningful customer engagement, and successful lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle registration and customer Walk ins Drive attendee engagement through product demonstrations, customer interaction, and lead collection. Take and submit orders placed by the customers during the event. Track event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-show reports with actionable insights. Maintain inventory of trade show assets, displays, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in trade show management or event coordination. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently and work extended hours during events. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event management software is an asset. Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
