Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tractor Backhoe Operator to join our team in the London, Kitchener and Brantford area.
Responsibilities
Operate backhoe equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites. Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans effectively. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Backhoe Operator or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation. Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery safely. Familiarity with construction processes and safety regulations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Call-To-Action
