We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Track Associates to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Ensure all participants adhere to safety rules and regulations.



Monitor and control the flow of go-karts on the track to prevent unsafe driving behaviour.


Instruct participants on proper safety procedures and kart operation.


Respond promptly to any accidents, collisions, or breakdowns on the track.


Implement safety protocols in an emergency or when a kart needs assistance.


Assist participants in distress or requiring technical support.


Maintain effective communication with other track monitors, facility staff, and participants.


Use hand signals or communication devices to convey instructions or warnings to go- drivers.


Enforce track rules and regulations consistently.



Identify and address any violations of safety guidelines or improper conduct.


Conduct pre-session inspections of go-karts to ensure they are in proper working condition.


Report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team for immediate attention.


Assist customers with questions, concerns, or technical difficulties.


Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.


Assist in routine track maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting barriers, sign and track surfaces.


Report any maintenance needs or hazards promptly.


Provide basic orientation and safety briefings for new go-kart participants.


Offer guidance to inexperienced drivers on track etiquette and driving techniques
