At i-VISTAMED, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Associate (Dental Industry) to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building and nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to our overall sales growth and brand presence. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule based on business needs and performance goals.

This is a full-time role. While you are generally expected to be available during standard business hours, some responsibilities may require occasional work on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on campaigns, client needs, or events. We trust you to manage your time effectively to meet sales targets and team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to meet or exceed sales targets and drive market expansion. Conduct professional product presentations and in-service demonstrations, effectively communicating the benefits of our dental products and supplies. Execute sales strategies to grow our customer base and help achieve quarterly business targets. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to strategically position i-VISTAMED's offerings. Represent i-VISTAMED at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance visibility and build new business connections. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in dental sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience either as hygienists, dental assistant, back home dentists, dental sales representative experience. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and dental products and supplies market. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have worked in Canada. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must have a reliable mode of transportation and willing to travel within the designated territory as required.
