Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring that all towing operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently. Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and provide support to customers in need. Perform basic mechanical assessments on vehicles to determine the best towing method. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions. Ensure the tow truck is in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding service status and any issues encountered. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Work overtime and shift work Be available on call

Experience

Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is highly desirable. Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with clients. A background in automotive repair or related fields will enhance your candidacy.
