Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and towing services to customers in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate towing equipment safely.

Duties

Respond promptly to dispatch calls for towing services and roadside assistance. Operate tow trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws. Assess the situation of disabled or damaged vehicles to determine the best towing method. Safely load and secure vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during stressful situations. Perform routine maintenance checks on towing equipment and report any mechanical issues. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including mileage, vehicle condition, and customer interactions. Assist with minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure customer safety before towing.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with vehicles and towing equipment. Proven experience in commercial driving, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients in various situations. Familiarity with automotive repair processes is a plus for assisting customers on-site.
