Guydeez is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts to join our team in Montreal to provide private and personalized walking experiences for small groups of travelers.

We're looking for passionate locals who love Montreal and want to share its beauty and history with visitors from around the world. No professional tour guide experience is required --just a love for your city and the ability to engage with people.

Basic Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Montreal , including its history, landmarks, and culture.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages : French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct private and personalized walking tours , showcasing Montreal's history, culture, and notable sites .
• Customize tours to match the interests and preferences of guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service , ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.
• Communicate clearly and effectively , adapting content to diverse audiences.
• Foster an engaging atmosphere , making guests feel welcome and comfortable.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate multilingual visitors , enhancing their experience.

Ideal Experience & Skills

• Open to hosting various types of experiences , typically 3 to 8 hours in duration.
• Passion for food and gastronomy is a plus, as we also offer food-related tours .

Contract & Payment

• Contract Type : Freelancer
• Fixed salary : 200 CAD/day
