As a
Tourism Growth Specialist
, you'll connect directly with small tourism businesses, from adventure operators to boutique accommodations to hunting and fishing outfitters, helping them modernise, automate, and grow using Roamlii's digital tools.
You will be responsible for:
Reaching out to small and mid-sized tourism operators across Canada.
Booking Discovery Calls using our comprehensive CRM, automations, and templates.
Following up, nurturing, and closing subscriptions using a well-defined process.
Building your own rhythm of outreach, results, and recurring wins.

Compensation
This is a
pure commission
role.
Earn 30% on every closed subscription.
Typical sale value: $1,900-$3,900.
Average commission per sale:
$570 - $1,170.
Base salary and equity opportunities may open up for consistent performers.
