We're on the lookout for a
fun, travel-savvy problem solver
to join our
Agent Support Team
in our downtown Toronto office. If you love helping people, enjoy figuring things out, and get excited by the idea of supporting hundreds of travel entrepreneurs -- this could be your perfect fit.
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but you'll get to:
Be the go-to person for our home-based travel agents, answering questions and helping them find solutions fast.
Coach and mentor agents to help them build confidence with systems, bookings, and client service.
Jump into ClientLinq to assist with invoices and reservations.
Troubleshoot and collaborate with other departments to keep things running smoothly.
Call our agents each month to check in, celebrate wins, and collect valuable feedback.
Create training materials, host webinars, and make learning fun and easy for everyone.
What We're Looking For
You'll shine in this role if you:
Have
3+ years of experience
in the travel industry (retail, corporate, or support).
Hold a
TICO certification
(required).
Know your way around
Sabre or Apollo
(ticketing experience is a big plus!).
Have experience with
ClientLinq
or are eager to learn.
Are an excellent communicator -- written, verbal, and virtual.
Love helping people and solving problems with patience and positivity.
Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork is everything.
Why You'll Love Working Here
Full-time, permanent position (hybrid, Toronto downtown office).
8-hour shifts between
9 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST
, Monday to Friday.
Work
one Saturday every four weeks
(you'll get the Friday off that week).
Proof of vaccination required for office access.
