Job Description

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. provides top global logistics solutions to over +1,000 clients in services areas of Ocean, Air, E-Commerce, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing and Cargo Projects. The company's expertise includes custom brokerage, storage, and in-bound/out-bound transportation via various modes of transport, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Truck Freight, and Express.

Days:

Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)

Time:

3:30 AM or 5:30 AM start - until 2:00 PM Shift schedules may vary depending on workload or operational needs*

Staff & Equipment Management

- Monitor attendance, assign operators to designated areas, and verify that all equipment inspections are completed accurately.

Work Coordination

- Adjust staff and equipment allocation based on workload demands; provide training and support to new or less experienced operators.

Safety Control

- Enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents and respond promptly to any safety incidents.

Quality Control

- Oversee proper handling of products; identify, report, and resolve any damage or quality issues.

Reporting & Handover

- Prepare summary reports of daily operations, document any issues encountered, and ensure smooth information transfer during shift changes.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Proven experience as a Team Leader in a warehouse environment (references will be verified). Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including overtime, as needed. Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Proficiency in English and Korean (both written and verbal)
