In 2022, subscription-based organic produce and grocery delivery company Mama Earth Organics was added to the Fresh City family, bringing farmers, makers and eaters together to deliver a food experience that respects our bodies, our planet, and our share tomorrow.

What You Will Be Doing:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Picking Produce or Grocery items for next day customer orders according to lists provided Fridge and Freezer work without exception (up to 8 hours working in fridge or freezer) Loading Packing Line fridges and freezers Weighing, sorting, packaging and checking quality of produce. Preparing Produce racks for next day Packing Line by labeling and adding items Report poor quality, low inventory and short dated items to Manager Stocking and rotating Produce and Grocery items as needed Frequent lifting up to 50lbs. Keep work area tidy and organized Comply with company policies and task expectations General Warehouse duties.

Who You Are:

Experience working with Produce/Grocery products Ability to clearly communicate Cooperative and communicative attitude across company team Ability to set priorities, adjust and respond professionally to changing priorities and issues Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with little supervision.

Machinery/Equipment:

Pump truck and moving pallets Moving mobile shelving

Physical Requirements:

Pushing/pulling Repetitive lifting up to 50lbs Bending/reaching Working on ladder

Working Conditions:

Fridge & Freezer work Evening shift 4 PM - 12 AM Weekend availability(Saturday and Sunday) without exception Uneven flooring Tight work space Fast-paced/time sensitive
