Job Duties



Answer calls and any questions customers might have in setting up appointments. Reply emails in group email in a timely manner. Book appointments by calling, emailing or using customer portal. Re-schedule or cancel appointments as per direction provided. Update LGE TMS with accurate appointment information to provide visibility to all the teams. Execute and distribute reports. Follow up with carriers, for missed appointments or appointment changes. Escalate any appointments unable to be booked to Order Fulfillment team. Provide administrative support in completing all tasks assigned in a timely manner.

Job Requirements



1-3 years' experience in a customer service environment. Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel. Experience in a 3rd party logistics environment preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be a resourceful self-starter. Team player skills with demonstrated abilities to interact well with all levels of associates. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Works well under pressure.
